Our Return and Warranty Policy

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Jerry’s For All Seasons. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns and exchanges of plant material will be issued as store credit. Nursery stock, including trees, is guaranteed for up to one year from the original purchase date. The original receipt is required for all nursery stock warranty claims. All returns and warranties are void if the item was discounted. All returns and exchanges are subject to manager approval. Returned products must be in their original condition, in the manufacturer’s packaging and accompanied by the original receipt and a valid photo ID. Credit will be issued in the original form of payment. For purchases made by check, we will wait 10 business days from the original transaction date before issuing a company check. Cash refunds exceeding $50 will be issued by company check within 7–10 business days. Eligible general merchandise returned without a receipt will be credited at the lowest price at which the product was sold during the previous 90 days. Credit will be issued as store credit. This does not apply to nursery stock warranty claims, which require the original receipt.
  • Holiday and seasonal products cannot be returned after the applicable holiday or season.
  • Nonreturnable items include footwear, food products, clearance merchandise and end-of-season sale items. Custom and special-order products are also nonreturnable. Deposits for custom and special orders are nonrefundable after three business days.
  • Live plants purchased from our nursery or greenhouses may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of purchase. Plants must be in their original container, in the same physical condition in which they were purchased and accompanied by the original receipt. Nursery stock, including trees, is guaranteed for up to one year from the original purchase date. The original receipt is required for all nursery stock warranty claims.
